Q. My Order has not arrived yet? A. We dispatch all items using Royal Mail First Class Post within the UK unless otherwise stated, once the parcel has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail notifying you that dispatch has taken place. Please contact us if delivery is taking longer than the predicted timescale. If your item is lost in the postal system then we will dispatch replacements to you.

Q. I've seen one of your Deals for 2 x Pairs of Trousers, can i specify which sizes and colours i require? A. Yes, you can 'add a note to seller' at checkout or send an e-mail stating which sizes or colours you would prefer.

Q. I live off Mainland UK, do you deliver or charge extra postage? A. No, for items weighing less than 2kg we use Royal Mail First Class Post, this service does not cost us any extra to send to places like Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Shetland Isles, Jersey or Guernsey etc, so we do not charge you any extra! ;-)

Q. I want to place an order but i need them delivering Next Day, do you offer this service? A. Yes, we use either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce 24hr and can send orders next day delivery as long as the item/items are in stock at our Clitheroe Location.
