You can return item’s within 7 days after delivery as long as in original condition with original packaging and paper work for Exchange or refund .
Restocking Fee , If any item is returned for a refund " because the customer has change their mind - does not like the colour or item does not fit " we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee equel to all 54 Degrees North Postage & Packing Costs from the refund - on a free/Subsidised P&P offer we reserve the right to deduct the original P&P (as a re stocking fee) at cost price from the refund .
We complete a visual inspection of every item sold prior to dispatch, in the unlikely event of a fault, wrong size or colour received then we will reimburse the customer with return postage costs and dispatch the correct item.
If the customer requests an exchange, they will have to pay additional postage costs in full for the item being returned.
