How soon can I expect my items?
I dispatch everything within 24 hours of the payment clearing unless that happens to be a Saturday or Sunday, in which case they will be sent first thing Monday morning
How are my items sent?
Your items will come to you wrapped carefully with an invoice. All this will then be sealed with a return label and sent to you by whichever method was specified.
Do you combine postage?
yes I do. If however postage is found to be significantly less than you were charged I will refund the difference to you. I have already done many times either through paypal or coins in your parcel depending on the amount to be refunded
Can I contact you if there is a problem?
Yes you can, you can contact me about anything. I can be reached through the contact seller button on each item page or my address can be found on my ME page. Alternatively email me at amanda@asilverdream.co.uk I check my emails several times a day and will get back to you as soon as I have read your message
Can I cancel my order?
I accept cancellations and returns up to 30 days after purchase. Email me to let me know,and if applicable as soon as it arrives back with a note containing your name, address, date bought and your ebay ID I will refund your original purchase price. Unfortunately I can not refund the return postage unless there is a fault with the item
What payments do you accept?
I accept personal cheque, postal order, paypal, nochex, e cheques and bank transfers.

Please also bear in mind that I will not post until payment has been received and cleared. Some methods take longer than others! I would ideally like payment within 7 days but if there is a problem please let me know ~ I'm human too and I know things don't always go to plan ~ and I will work something out with you. I could hold your item for you for a short time until you are able to pay.
How do I look after my silver when I've got it?
Plain silver is relatively easy to look after. The more you wear it the less it will tarnish. If you do need to clean it then use warm water and a little washing up liquid. Drying thoroughly and polishing with a soft cloth should be sufficient.
Gem set jewellery should be cleaned in the same way and the back of the stones should be brushed with an old toothbrush to remove the dirt that accumulates there. This lets the light back through the stones and restores their original sparkle. Bear in mind however that porous stones such as coral, turquoise and opal should not be immersed in water, cleaning with a damp cloth is all that is needed.
Avoid contact with chemicals including perfume, deodorant and hairspray when wearing your jewellery and remove your jewellery when bathing or doing anything which will get it excessively dirty or scratched
What if there is a problem with my order?
I accept returns up to 30 days after purchase whether its because there is a fault, you have changed your mind, it isn't what you thought it was or because you bought it for someone else and they don't like it.
Just email me to let me know that it is coming back and as soon as it arrives with a note containing your name, address, date bought and your ebay id (so that I know who to refund! ) I will refund your purchase price.
Unfortunately I can not refund the return postage unless there is a fault with the item.
