| Do you combine postage? |
|
Yes, if you order more than one item from us you will only pay for the incremental postage and packaging charges incurred. Similarly, if a Customer purchases different products from us within the space of twenty-four hours we will always combine postage. All that we ask is that you wait for us to provide a revised invoice (with the discounted postage) before proceeding to the check out. |
| Do you post outside of the UK? |

We're happy to post throughout the European Union and have, to date, posted to Customers in all of the member states apart from Luxembourg (so who wants to be first from there?). Please note, where import taxes are due they are borne by the buyer and not Agility Sports. |
| What methods of payment do you accept? |
|
We offer multiple methods of payment that we hope will be acceptable to all our Customers. However, we are only able to accept PayPal as a method of payment for Customers outside the UK. For further details please refer to our Payments page. |
| How long do you take to desptach each item? |
|
We will usually despatch within 3 working days of receiving CLEARED payment for the item. The only exception to this would be around Public holidays when postal services may not be accepting daily parcels e.g. Christmas and Easter. |
| Do you accept returns? |
|
We are happy to accept returns - although of course we would prefer that our Customers are delighted with their purchase! We abide by the Distance Selling Regulations - for further details please refer to our Refunds page. | |
