If items ordered from us no longer meet your requirements you are welcome to return them to us for either a refund or replacement.
To return goods to us you will need a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) this will enable our staff to deal with your request without delay.
To generate a RAN you must contact us as soon as possible your request must be made within 14days from the date you received your parcel on 01209 313522 or by emailing returns@barequipmentdirect.com and advise us that you would like to send back a purchase. If you make your request via email you will be contacted by one of our team within 24 business hours with your RAN.
Before a refund or replacement of goods can be issued items must be returned to us for inspection un-opened and un-used in a re-saleable condition. This includes all packaging, accessories, manuals and documentation that was enclosed within the original parcel.
Please be aware that the cost of sending goods back to us shall be paid by you. We strongly recommend that you use a service that is traceable, requires a signature on delivery and give adequate insurance of goods against damage and loss whilst in transit. We DO NOT accept a Royal Mail proof of posting certificate as evidence of despatch.
We understand that returning heavy and costly items to us can be expensive, we have negotiated a discounted rate with a range of couriers for our customers who need to ship back big and bulky items, If you would like to make use this service please do not hesitate in contacting us and one of our team will be happy to make the arrangements for you.
If you have received an item from us that you believe to be broken, damaged or faulty contact us directly on 01209 313522 or by emailing returns@barequipmentdirect.com within 5 business days from the day you received your item. We will immediately issue you with the Returns Authorization Number; this will enable your refund claim to be handled swiftly and without un necessary delay.
Items will need to be returned to us for inspection and testing before a refund or replacement of goods can be issued. When returning items to Bar Equipment Direct you must include all packaging, accessories, manuals and documentation that were enclosed within the original parcel.

We DO NOT accept a Royal Mail proof of posting certificate as evidence of despatch. We reserve the right to have the goods collected at our expense by a courier of our choice. If this is needed we will work with you to ensure that the collection is made on a day that suits you best but we can not give specific collection times.
Once goods have been received by us and your claim for damage or fault has been up held we will of course refund the cost of shipping the items back to Bar Equipment Direct in full. |
