Returns

If you wish to return an item please contact us first with the details. 

If you change your mind : items may be returned within 7 days, as long as they are in unopened packaging and in state to re-sell. You will receive a refund to the value of the cost of the item, without postage.  Due to the nature of the goods we sell we cannot re-sell items that have been opened.  

Faulty items : in the unlikely event that your item is faulty, Baby Sleep Shop will replace the item.  Should no suitable replacement be available, you will receive a full refund.
