What is tog rating and which should I have?

Tog is simply a unit of measurement as to how much and how quickly the bag loses heat.  Tog does not mean weight of the bag - heavy does not necessarily mean warmer. 

• 1.0 tog - for use in warm rooms and hot summer nights.  Equivalent to one blanket and a sheet. 
• 2.5 tog - for use all year round.  Equivalent to 2 blankets and a sheet.

What size sleeping bag?

Your baby should weigh over 8 pounds before using a sleeping bag. 

• Size 1 : 66 cm.  To fit from birth to approx. 3-6 months. 
• Size 2 : 86 cm.  To fit from 3 months up to approx. 12-18 months.
• Size 3 :  Comes with poppers at the bottom to adjust the length to tailor the bag to your growing toddler.  92 cm folded.  122 cm unfolded.  To fit from 12 months to 2 years (folded) or 3 years (unfolded).
