I have noticed that many sellers of laptop chargers on eBay do not supply a proper AC power cord or do not supply a power cord as part of the sale
These people are infringing your consumer rights ! Report them !
Trading standards legislation in both the UK and Ireland requires that all domestic electrical goods sold in either country should be fitted with a BS 1363 or IS 401 (as applicable) plug.
Any Laptop Charger Sale in my shop will include a BS 1363 or its Irish equivelent IS 401 as part of the sale at no extra cost.
