Delivery information

We always aim to dispatch your items within 2 working days (usually quicker where specified). However please be aware that we make all our own wax melts to order in our own workshop. For larger orders, this may take a few extra days.

To save you money we aim to keep postage costs down. Our items are sent by second class standard delivery, unless another delivery option is chosen. For larger order we will use a courier & tracking service. The majority of our items also carry a first class option, however for some bulkier items this is not always possible.

For international buyers, we offer Royal Mail airmail.

For UK buyers – maximum standard shipping charge is £3.10, no matter how many items you buy from us.

Outside UK – please contact us for a combined shipping cost.




Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal.

Please note that payment by PayPal is usually instant (with exception of PayPal e-check which may delay your order whilst we wait for payment to clear). Your order will then be dispatched with 2 working days.  Cheques will be accepted on the understanding that goods will not be dispatched until the Cheque clears (Approx. 7 Days). Please make cheques payable to 'Charlotte Goddard'.

Satisfaction - If you do not feel the quality offered is acceptable, we will refund the item.

If the item is damaged in some way and is not fit for use, we will refund the original postage and reimburse the return postage cost. On some occasions we may ask for photographic evidence of any breakages.

If you change your mind about your purchase after receiving, we will need the item(s) returning to us. On these occasions, we would ask the buyer to cover the return shipping cost if there is no fault with the item.
