We accept the following methods of payment

• Paypal (Preferred method)
• Bank Transfer (Please contact us for details)
• Personal Cheque (Please contact us for details of who to address cheque to and where to send)

Please note that payment by paypal is usually instant (with exception of Paypal e-check which may delay your order whilst we wait for payment to clear). Your order will then be dispatched with 2 working days. Cheques will be accepted on the understanding that goods will not be dispatched until the Cheque clears (Approx 7 Days). We reserve the right to re-auction any items not paid for after 15 Days.

International Payment - Please note that we only accept Paypal for non UK customers.

We aim to keep postage costs down. Our items our by default sent by second class standard delivery, unless another delivery option is chosen.

For international buyers, we offer Royal Mail airmail option. This can be selected when paying for items.

For multiple purchases - Please feel free to buy multiple items from us. Before paying for the items, use the link on your ebay to request updated finalinvoice and we will apadt the postage costs to reflect that combined postage

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving payment, but we are only human. If there are any delays with your order for whatever reason, we will let you know and keep you updated.

If whatever reason you are not happy with your Bee Happy Craft purchase the please contact us at the earlist opportunity at beehappycrafts@gmail.com.

We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item if you are unhappy and that the item is preferably unused.

Satisfaction - If you do not feel the quality offered is acceptable, we will refund the item.

Returns postage - If you need to refund the item to us, we will refund the original postage paid on the condition that the buyer covers the cost of the return postage. We ask that adequate packaging is used to return.

If the item is damaged in some way and is not fit for use, we will refund the original postage and the re-imburse the return postage cost.

We will always leave positive feedback for a buyer. In the case that payment has been delayed we will always do our best to make contact and resolve issues.

Please return the favour by leavng us feedback, hopefully positive. Please contact us before leaving negative feedback so we can rectify any concerns which you may have.
