Returns Policy:
If we've sent the wrong order to you or if your order has arrived damaged or you have changed your mind and wish to return it for a no quibble refund then simply send us an email or a message through ebay and we'll sort everything out for you. We want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact us at once if you are not.

Faulty Items:
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or defective (and this is not stated in the item's listing) then please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. If we no longer stock the item then we will issue a full refund. In most cases, but not all, the item will need to be returned. We will cover all costs for the return of a faulty, damaged or defective item.

Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item then please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent. If we no longer stock the item then we will issue a full refund. We will cover all costs for the return of any incorrect items.

Right To Cancel A Sale:
If, within 7 days of receipt, you do not wish to keep the item that you have purchased then you may return it to us for a full refund (we do not collect). Upon receipt of the return we will issue a full refund. Please note that we do not cover the costs for the return of any unwanted items.
