Shopping at Boomerang Boardwear eBay shop

• All orders and transactions are via Boomerang Boardwear eBay shop.
• Prior to shipping, we reserve the right to decline, reject or similary cancel any order or part order without notice and refund any payment in full.
• Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any literature, website based information, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part
• All products are inspected thoroughly before they are dispatched

 Payments

IMPORTANT: If you have indicated that you will pay by UK cheque or postal order, your order will be reserved for you. Please ensure we receive your payment within 7 days. 

If you are paying by Paypal, please ensure we receive your payment immediately after ordering, as we do not process the order until payment is made. We do not reserve goods whilst payment is pending for the order. Thank you for your co-operation.

• We accept Paypal in Pounds Sterling
• Non-UK buyers to pay via Paypal in Pounds Sterling only.
• UK Cheques and UK Postal Orders made payable to Boomerang. Cheques require five working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) to clear before any goods can be dispatched.
• We no longer accept bank transfer payments

• NO E-CHEQUES VIA PAYPAL

Delivery

We will endeavour to meet any date stated for delivery. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

• We ship to UK, Europe and mostly the Rest of the World.
• All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding Public & Bank Holidays.
• Orders within the UK are delivered by our Standard Delivery option which is Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery and usually takes 3 to 5 working days. However these delivery times are not guaranteed. 
• UK orders delivered by standard delivery will be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment.
• Please ensure your postal address is correct as we cannot accept any responsibility for undelivered parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Should your parcel be returned to us, the shipping costs will need to be paid for again to have it delivered to you
• UK orders that require the next working day * delivery, please order by 12.00pm and it will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise, it will be dispatched the next working day. Please select Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery as your postage option when paying. This service is only available to most UK addresses. * Next working day is defined as Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) by our courier Royal Mail. We dispatch Royal Mail Special Next Day deliveries Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

Please note: we cannot accept next day delivery to the following postcodes:

IM - Isle Of Man, BT - Belfast, IV - Inverness, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire, KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles. TR20,21,22,23 - Truro, HS - Isle Of Lewis, ZE - shetland

• For customers outside the UK, we dispatch within 2 working days of receipt of payment and use Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery which normally takes 5 to 10 working days. These delivery times are not guaranteed .
• We use Royal Mail for our UK deliveries.
• All parcels require a signature upon receipt.
• For security reasons, all orders are shipped with insurance and proof of postage.

International Buyers – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - International government regulations prohibit such behaviour.

Return to Sender and Refused Deliveries

• All UK parcels require a signature upon receipt. When no-one is available to accept the delivery, Royal Mail will return the parcel to your local Royal Mail collection office. Please ensure you collect your parcel promptly otherwise it will be returned to us after one week. Similar and should you refuse a delivery, this would be returned to us. You will need to pay for shipping costs again to have your order re-delivered to you.
• All international parcels require a signature upon receipt. Should the parcel be returned to us if no-one is available to accept the delivery or you refuse a delivery you will need to pay for shipping costs again to have your order re-delivered to you.
• If the parcel is returned to us as undelivered because of incorrect address you will have to pay for the shipping costs for re-delivery.
• Your order will be refunded less original shipping costs if re-delivery payment is not received within seven days of receipt of your order being returned to us.

Returns Policy

We endeavour to provide you with a full and accurate description and representation of all our products so allowing you to bid and buy in confidence. In the unlikely event that you should be unhappy with your product, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible:

• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of your receipt of your delivery [*]
• Enclose the packing slip that came with your order and return it to the returns address stated on the packing slip
• If you do not have the packing slip please enclose a copy of your order with the return and send it to our returns address stated in Our Returns Policy
• Item(s) must be returned in the original condition as it was received by you including packaging, tags intact and unworn. 
• If you wish to return an item(s) you have to cover the cost of shipping back to us. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Recorded Delivery.
• Upon safe receipt of your return you will receive a refund less original shipping costs.
• We do not do exchanges as such. Please purchase the item you require from our ebay shop.

Faulty Goods

All goods are inspected before dispatched to ensure they are perfect. In unlikely event you should receive faulty goods please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Our conditions for returning faulty goods are as follows:

• We are under no liability of any defects of goods arising from fair wear and tear, incorrect use, wilful damage, negligence, failure to follow manufacturers instructions and lack of proper maintenance or servicing.
• You must email us first before returning faulty goods as we cannot accept any returns without prior notification. You can email us at sales@boomerangboardwear.co.uk
• Goods must be returned within 7 days of your receipt of your goods.
• No return will be accepted without the appropriate returns address clearly marked on the outside of the package
• You have to cover the cost of shipping the goods back to us. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Recorded Delivery.
• Goods that are alledged to be faulty will be inspected and in our opinion consider them to be defective due to faulty design, materials and/or workmanship, we shall replace the goods (subject to availability) or refund your money.
• Goods that are found not to be defective will not be replaced or refunded. You will have to pay for the shipping costs to have the item returned to you.

Prices

• All prices are correct at time of publication. Boomerang Boardwear reserve the right to change, alter or amend any price at any time without notice. Should a product price decrease since an original purchase, contractually we are not obligated to refund the difference. Similary, should an increase occur prior to purchase, we are not obligated to sell at the previous lower price.
• All our prices include VAT where appropriate
• All prices are appropriate for Boomerang Boardwear eBay shop.
• All shipping costs include the cost of postage, packaging and insurance.
• Boomerang Boardwear reserve the right to amend delivery charges without prior notice.
• Customers who have placed orders with incorrect delivery charges will be requested to make the correct payment for delivery before any goods can be dispatched.
