As always, every piece of fabric is brand new off the bolt from fabric stores. Everything's made to order since all of my items are customizable upon request. Quite impossible to be "used". Not sure why the buyer's claiming this when it was created next day after purchase to their specifications. They've had their item for a month already with no issues. Perhaps confused and mixed up feedback for a different item?

The curtain was to small and I ask to send it back the next day. She doesn't take back returns. If your going to sell stuff you should be willing to take returns. For 15 dollars what's the big deal. Do not buy from this seller. She has no concept of understanding

Buyer's mistaken, I do accept returns under certain circumstances. If there's ever an issue with my work, I'll always fix any error to the buyers satisfaction. I don't accept returns on severely discounted clearance items. Buyer's are responsible to measure their window prior to purchasing. She didn't take time to read the dimensions listed three times, failed to comprehend window measurement size guide I specified as well as that I don't accept returns on item. All made aware before purchase.
