Normal Opening:

We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

All items paid for before 3pm are dispatched the same day Monday - Friday.

Items ordered and paid for after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Should you require a faster dispatch, please phone us - 0845 009 07 07 - to discuss you requirements. 

Please note: Mail is collected from our dispatch warehouse at 4.30pm daily.  DHL courier items are collected betweeen 3pm & 4pm. 

If timely delivery of your item is important please select the ‘Get-it-Fast’ option at check out.

Bank Holiday Opening Times:

We are closed on all UK standard Bank Holidays. Our dispatch cut-off point is 3pm. All orders recieved over the weekend and on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Emails & Queries:

We aim to respond to all emails received the same day (Monday to Friday during regular office hours).
If you feel we have not responded to any email within this time frame, then we apologise, please telephone
us on 0845 009 07 07 as there may be a technical reason for you not receiveing a timely response.

We offer a full no quibble returns policy. In other words, if the goods are not suitable for any reason, we will be delighted to offer an exchange or refund.
