| A:All items MUST be returned to us UNWORN, UNMARKED and in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and PACKAGING. We recommend that you try your item on over clothing to avoid marking. All postage costs are payable by the customer and are non-refundable. If you require an exchange you will be required to pay additional P&P. |

| A:Yes, our fully steel boned corsets are very strong and are made using high quality materials making them ideal for tight-lacing. |
| Q:HOW DO I CLEAN MY CORSET? |

| A:We would only recommend either dry cleaning (or specialist cleaning in the case of our leather garments) or wiping over with a slightly damp cloth. |

| Q:WHAT SIZE CORSET SHOULD I CHOOSE? |

| A:The most important measurement is your waist. Corsets should be ordered between 2” and 4” below your natural waist measurement, depending on the desired effect.
Our best advice is to check ALL measurements on the listings against your own to see which size would fit you best all around. |
| Q:CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND IF NOT SUITABLE? |

| A:Of course, but if you need to return any item you MUST contact us via email within 7 days of receipt and comply with our terms and conditions for exchanges and refunds (see question: What are your terms & conditions for exchanges/refunds for full details).
You are then required to return it to us NO LATER THAN 10 days thereafter-no exceptions. |

| A:All of our orders are despatched Monday to Friday by 1st Class Recorded Delivery (UK orders) or Airmail (INTERNATIONAL orders) upon receipt of payment before 9am via Paypal or postal order. Payment made by cheque or e-cheque requires additional time for clearance.
