1) Sales and returns Policy

The buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt to ensure that they are free from defects and must ensure that the goods are suitable for their requirement.

We will accept returns of our items if they are found to be faulty within 14 days of receipt from buyer, Once we have clarified that the item is faulty a replacement will then be sent in it's place. Buyer to pay returns postage costs.

We will not accept returns of items sold in retail packaging unless they are deemed to be faulty/defective or Un-opened.

2) UK Postage costs

Our products will be despatched using Royal mail First Class/Recorded Delivery or standard parcel delivery. Royal mail (next day) Special delivery is available upon request.

Courier Delivery is also available for all items over 2Kg

3) Postage costs Outside UK  

Customers/bidders from outside the UK must e-mail us first for postal charges.

 We will post some items worldwide but please be aware that all items sent outside of the UK will be sent by Royal mail International signed for which includes a £3.50 charge on top of the cost of the the parcel. This will ensure that the parcel is fully insured against loss or damage.

4) Postage Discounts on Multiple Purchases

Combined postage will be given on multiple purchases for most items

The postage on the first item will remain the same but a 50p saving can be made for each item thereafter

 so if purchasing 3 items then the postage saving would be a £1

for 4 items a saving of £1.50

for 5 items a saving of £2

and so on..........

The E-Bay Checkout system should Calculate the Postage discount by removing 50p postage for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th item etc.

If you are unsure about how much saving you will receive then please contact me with the details of your order.

5) Lost/Missing Parcels

If a parcel is deemed to be lost or missing we will replace the missing items once 14 days have passed,  Buyers are expected to ensure the item has not been left with

a) Neighbours 

b) Local Royal Mail Sorting Office

Once this has been clarified then a Lost in the Post form will be sent via email for the buyer to sign and return. All missing Items will be investigated fully by Cables4all and Royal Mail.

6) Payment

We will accept Paypal and Personal Cheque and postal orders only. If paying by Personal Cheque please be aware that auction items will not be dispatched until Cheque has cleared

7) Sale confirmation/Winning Bidders

We will e-mail the winning bidders/buyers within 24-48 hours of Auction/Sale to confirm expected dispatch date. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery of items. please contact us if you haven't received your items within 7 days.

8) Complaints

If Customers/Auction Winners have a complaint please contact us first and we will do our utmost to solve the problem.

9) Non Paying Bidders

Non paying bidders will be reported to E-bay don't  bid on our items if you do not intend to buy.

10) Feedback

We will normally leave feedback after 7-10 days of auction/sale finish.  Please contact us first to solve any problem before leaving negative feedback.
