Cancelling Orders & Returning Products
Should you not be entirely happy with your purchase, Charterwells allow you to return products within 14 working days after the date on which you receive the products.
Products are to be returned to Charterwells, PO Box 7849, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 9HE, UK.
Return postage costs incurred are to be met at the buyers own expense and all items are to be received by Charterwells undamaged and complete with the packaging in which they were sent. Charterwells cannot accept liability for any item damaged during return transit. |
