Goods returned for exchange or refund must in all respects be in the
condition you received them.
If you need to return any goods please place in original packaging with labels
attached and return within 7 days. Please email to let us know and include your
name, address, contact number and eBay user ID
If posting goods, please keep proof of posting.
We reserve the right to inspect any returned goods for signs of usage or wear
and tear and refunds will be given at our discretion.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own
underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent
that this has not been done.
Please also note that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been
opened.
