| A:To the best of my knowledge this item is sealed. However, I cannot see our stock from where I am located to check for certain.
95%+ of new DVDs/CDs/games are manufactured sealed but (contrary to popular belief) some are still made and supplied unsealed. All our items are new and purchased direct from the studio or their main distributor. |

| A:All our items are genuine and in the manufacturers original packaging. We do not sell copies, bootlegs or questionable imports. We buy direct from the studios or from their main distributors. |
| Q:Will this DVD work in the USA/Canada? |

| A:All our DVDs are either Region 2 (Europe) or Region 0 (Region free). USA and Canada are Region 1 and you will only be able to watch this on a US/Canadian bought DVD player if you own a multi-region player. for more information see our FAQs in the item description. |
| Q:What countries do you post to? |

| A:We ship to Europe (except Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Ukraine, Albania, Belarus, Romania and Russia) USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey and Israel.
We do not ship to South America, Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East (except Israel), Far East or Polynesia. |

| A:Most DVDs/CDs and video games under £20 are sent from our offshore warehouse in Switzerland and are VAT free (UK postage is 3 to 4 working days). All other items are sent from our UK warehouse. |

| A:We will combine postage wherever we can. We ship from two locations one in the UK and one in Switzerland. If you would like a quote before ordering please send me a message with the item numbers. If you have already placed the order please request request an invoice. |

| A:I am only aware of English gameplay on our items. I am not able to check individual titles as I am unale to see our stock from where I am located. |

| A:All our items use pack shots supplied by the studios at the time of release. They can sometimes vary slightly or be subject to change. |
| Q:Is this CD/DVD in a plastic case or a digipak? |

| A:I'm afraid I don't know whether this is a digipak or a standard plastic case. It is shipped from our offshore warehouse and cannot see the stock to check. The studio data that I have does not include this sort of information. Sorry. |
| Q:Do you accept returns? |

| A:We will accept returns for any item if it is unopened and unplayed or if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. We do not accept returns due to incompatibility of the buyers equipment. |

| A:All our items on eBay are brand new and purchased direct from the studio/publisher or from their authorised distributors. |

| A:I show this DVD/BluRay as English audio only, however I am not able to see the actual package as it is shipped direct from our warehouse in a different location.
The information we have is supplied via a data feed from the suppliers/studios and audio and sub-title information is frequently incomplete or inaccurate.
