 | A: As long as the item has not been used and is in the same condition and packaging as you received it, I will exchange or refund in full within 14 days of purchase. If the item arrives damaged (extremely rare)I will of course replace or refund in full in accordance with the distance selling regulations. |

 | A: I will always combine postage and packaging charges, if the invoice does not automatically do this, please wait for a revised invoice from me before paying. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: 99% of my items arrive next day after payment has cleared, if for any reason your item does not arrive within 5 days, please contact me and I will chase it up. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: I will ship internationally to Europe only, if the listing does not show international post, please contact me for costs. |
 | Q: Will you offer a discount on feathers? |

 | A: I can not offer a discount on any feathers I sell no matter how many are purchased, as I work on minimum profit margins and take all fees into consideration at time of listing. I think you will find, after searching the internet that my feathers are extremely competitive in price. |
 | Q: I want to use them for centrepiece display for my wedding, What size is best? |

 | A: This all depends on your budget and size of vase and what kind of display you are looking for.
The best sizes start at 14/16", if you look at the picture on my about me page, this size has been used for this display. For a really spectacular display then the larger ostrich wings are used in that case. Some reaching nearly 30" in length. |
 | Q: How many ostrich feathers do I need per display? |

 | A: The bare minimum needed for a nice display is around 20 single feathers, but again this all depends on the look you require. |
 | Q: Will you send a feather sample of colour as I need to match with my colours? |

 | A: Yes please just email me your requirements. |
 | Q: Can I return anything I am not happy with? |

 | A: Yes of course, I like to pride myself on extremely good customer service and will always answer any queries or concerns you may have. Sometimes messages do not always reach me via ebay, please be assured I answer ALL messages if received. |
 | Q: Can I contact you by telephone, as I would like to discuss my requirements. |

 | A: Yes my hours for business are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 3pm.
I do not work weekends, but will from time to time check messages and emails over this period and answer them if I have time. |
 | Q: Do you post on a Saturday, to arrive on a Monday? |
 |
 | A: Unfortunately any item purchased after 3pm Friday will be posted Monday first class post, due to my local post office being very busy on a Saturday morning and only accepting post upto 11am. |
 | Q: Will you post on next day delivery if my item is needed urgently? |

 | A: Yes I will if the order is over £50, I will pay for next day special delivery, if the order is below that figure then I will charge you the fee involved and inform you of that cost. Friday to arrive Saturday always costs £2 extra on top of the usual special delivery fee. |
 | Q: Do you offer insurance? |

 | A: I will always pay the insurance on any order over £50. |
 | Q: How do you post the feathers? |
 |
 | A: All feathers are securely packaged in either a box or cardboard, depending on the sizes purchased, if for any reason any feather arrives damaged I will always replace on return of them. |
 | Q: Are your feathers cruelty free? |
 |
 | A: All my feathers are sourced from a reputable supply, they are all in compliance with any regulations either here in the Uk or the country in which they have been purchased from. Some feathers are extremely rare, rare does not mean they have been plucked, it means they have been allowed to moult naturally not killed for the feather. |
