Lost post
We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post as we have no control once it is in the hands of Royal Mail.
We always obtain and keep proof of postage, in the unlikely event of a claim please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost items can be quickly resolved with a recorded, signed for delivery which we strongly advise.
Delivery
You have the option to have goods sent with recorded signed for delivery so that if goods are lost a claim can be made.
Once posted goods are in the hands of Royal Mail.
Items are usually despatched within 24 hours
We post daily Mon - Fri am & pm
Sat am only.
We do not post on Sundays or bank holidays.
If you need your item in a hurry, we can post with the Royal Mail NEXT DAY's delivery service. Please ask for a quote we are here to help!
