All products supplied are sold on the strict understanding that they are fitted using the relevant tools by a sufficiently competent and experienced person. We accept no responsibility for a product failure or damage without regard to this notice.
POSTAGE CHARGES
Our Courier Delivery Post and Packing Charges are to UK mainland only.Please call or email for a quote BEFORE purchasing to other UK locations such as N.Ireland, Scottish Highlands,Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Sciliy Isles, Channel and Scottish Offshore Islands as these are different prices.

RETURNS
Non faulty goods will only be accepted for return if they are in a saleable condition, have not been used, and have the original undamaged packaging.
All goods returned which have been correctly supplied will be refunded less the postage charge. You will have to accept responsibilty of returning the item yourself.
FAULTY
The companies liability in respect of faulty goods is limited to either replacement/ repair or refund at the companied discretion and EXCLUDES any loss or associated costs arising through the fault of the product.

Goods are guaranteed against failure of manufacturers materials or workmanship. In some circumstances products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for technical inspection before a replacement or credit is issued.
PAYMENTS
Debit card order over the phone gets the quickest parcel dispatch. We welcome Debit & Credit card payments which will only be delivered to the card holder’s address. Card payment will only be taken on the day of dispatch.
If paying by Paypal and you select e Cheque, be aware this is the slowest payment method and can take 3 to 4 weeks for paypal to clear funds into our account.

Bank Cheque can take up to 10 days to clear due to our different banking days, weekends and bank holidays.
Cheques are payable to Graham Goode Motors Ltd.

All our products are supplied with a VAT invoice receipt; certain business users will be able to claim their vat back.

This item will be in stock in our Leicester Superstore or on a scheduled purchase order or available form the suppliers warehouse.
Number of items listed for sale is a guide only. This is not necessarily the exact number of items available for immediate delivery. We generate sales via our main Graham Goode website, phone and Leicester counter sales as well as E Bay so stock constantly changes making it impossible to maintain live stock numbers for E Bay.
Should an item be sold before we get a chance to remove it from the Ebay shop, we will contact you with an expected delivery time or offer a full refund (whichever is preferred).
