I'm looking for a certain model, can you order it in?
Yes, if the model is available from our suppliers. We will let you know a price and invoice you once we have your model in stock.
Can i get a discount on pre order models?
Yes. We give 5% discount up to 14 days before release date.

Are all your models in stock?
Yes. We do not list items we do not have in stock ready for despatch.
Do you have a shop I can visit/can I collect orders from you.
No. We are based purely online. We're sorry but orders cannot be collected from our office address.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
We post every day except Sunday and bank holidays. We aim to despatch within 24 hours and guarantee to despatch within 48 hours (except during bank holidays and our own holidays!) You should receive your order in a few days. We will let you know once we've despatched your order, however please allow up to 15 days for delivery in the UK and 21 days outside the UK. If you have not received your order after this time please contact us.
My order has arrived damaged.
Please contact us straight away and retain the packaging.
Do you give a discount on multiple purchases?
Yes. Please wait for a revised invoice for our best combined postage price.
