It's in our interest to ensure you're totally happy with your purchase. We have these terms & conditions to help us achieve this.

Payment

We accept paypal or personal cheque. Please pay within 7 days. After this time we reserve the right to relist the item and report non payment to ebay. We like to think of this as a very last resort and ask that if you are having payment problems you communicate with us.

Postage

We know you want your purchase as soon as possible. We guarantee to post within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. We aim to post within 24hours.

All items are posted 1st class except where listed. If you would like purchases to be sent recorded please let us know an extra 75p will be added to the postage cost.

Customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

We accept returns on all items within 14 days. Please contact us before sending an item back. Boxes must be unopened and the item in the same condition as despatched. Please contact us prior to returning the item. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We advise recorded delivery for returned items. Auction items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Damaged Items

All our items are checked on arrival from the suppliers and again before we post them to you. We package our items so that you receive them in the condition you expect. In the unlikely event an item is damaged in the post please let us know immediately. We will offer you a refund or a replacement model depending on stock levels and your preference. We do not give a part refund on damaged items under any circumstances. We always report damaged items to the Royal Mail who may wish to confirm the damage with you. We would very much appreciate your co-operation in this matter.
