| Postage and Packing
- We charge postage and packing fees in line with eBays guidelines and only charge for waht is reasonable.
- Postage and Packing is not just to cover the cost of the postage it also covers other things like time and materials to package, cost of petrol to transport from the warehouse and to the dispatch centre, stationary materials like ink and paper etc.
- We will do our best to ensure that your goods are sufficiently packaged to ensure damage does not take place. We cannot however be held liable for damage to packaging where it does not effect the use of the product.
- We post every day from Monday to Friday. If your goods are ordered before 4PM we will post them that day.
- Depending on your location your goods should arrive within a few days. For UK customers delivery is approximately 3-5 working days. For European customers delivery is approximately 5-7 working days. For customers outside Europe and the UK delivery is approximately 7-10 working days.
- The definition of working days is Monday to Friday and not including Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays.
- If your goods do not arrive within the guideline times please contact us using the "Contact Us" link and we will check the dispatch of the item.
- Please be aware that the Royal Mail do not officially class an item as "lost" until 15 working days have passed since posting. Once this time has passed we can claim with the Royal Mail and replace missing items.
- Please ensure prior to purchasing the goods that if you are outside the UK that the item you are buying meets the Customs regulations for your country. Gifts Direct 2 U cannot take any responsibility for any goods being confiscated due to not meeting the given rules and regulations.
