We will not be liable for any postage costs that you incur, and we will require proof of postage for any exchange or refund in the event of non delivery (except if the item is faulty then we will pay the return postage costs - proof of postage still required)
In the event of an item getting lost in the post (post office requires us to wait 14 days ofter posting for the item to be considered lost) please advise us and we will send out a replacement. If we are unable to offer you a replacement we will issue a full refund.
For an exchange or refund we will require the goods to be returned within 7 days with all labels (and hygenic strips if applicable) intact. The items must be in an usued condition. If these requirements aren't met then a exchange/refund will be reused and the original item will be returned to you.
We offer a free returns service subject with these terms.
A refund will be paid to you in the same payment method you paid us, and only once the goods are returned.
We are outside the EU and therefore do not pay VAT. Are goods are shipped VAT free to you. Please check your local laws in your country to check that you do not have to pay any import duties. If you are subject to these duties then you will be requred to pay them. We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by you.
Living on an island we are subject to the occasional weather delays. If we anticipate a delay in the delivery of your item due o the weather we will inform you, and you have the option to cancel the sale before the item is dispatched. If it is already dispatch you can then return it in accordance with these terms and conditions
We are open Monday-Friday 9-5. Any orders by 12pm should be dispatched the same day. Any orders after 12, but before lst post at 4pm we will ty to dispatch them the same day, though this cannot be guaranteed
