Our Returns Policy Procedure
14 days to change your mind If you change your mind about your HDcable purchase for any reason, you may return the item, unused, in its original condition along with full packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of the order dispatch date for a full refund minus original postage costs. HDcable will not be liable to refund any additional return postage costs incurred to the buyer when returning products under this circumstance.
