We endeavour to ensure that the description of the goods sold in our online shop is accurate therefore if you decide to return your order we will refund your purchase payment but not the postage costs. In the event of a non or damaged delivery, breakages, shortages or otherwise, Hangerworld Ltd. will return any monies paid by you in respect of the same and the goods must not be returned to us without our prior consent.
