Please note head and eyepins bend very easily
– when purchasing these pins please be aware that although we try our best to provide straight pins due to the large amount we sell it is no longer possible or practical to straighten all our pins, as this would delay in the dispatch of your items. The pins are easy to straighten when in use as once the bead is placed onto the pin they are easier to pull into shape.
Please note – These pins are not damaged or unusable!!!!

QUANTITIES OF FINDINGS & BEADS.
Due to the amount of findings and beads we now stock and sell each day we now weigh the majority of stock, this provides a faster dispatch time and keep the prices of our items as low as possible. This may mean that on odd occassions due to varying weights of our products the packs you receive could vary slightly in amount we try to ensure that each pack is correct or contains slightly more than the quantity required. It is very rare that you’ll receive less than the quantity stated – however we thought we would mention this, as we aim to provide you with the best possible customer service.

LAMPWORK & FOIL BEADS
PThe majority of our beads are HANDMADE and therefore the sizes and shade may vary slightly form bead to bead. Foil Beads often have bubble inclusions which are the result of the manufacturing process, these do not weaken the beads and will often add to the beauty of these beads. Foil beads can also have a roughness to their edges due to the way in which they are finished.
