REFUNDS
Returns are possible on all items, so long as they have not been used. A refund of the purchase will be made immedialtey upon return of the item/s. All additional postage costs buyers responsibility unless otherwise agreed (eg. incorrect item sent etc)
Please contact me before returning & be sure to enclose a note with your user id, so a refund can be made swiftly. I recommend using recorded delivery (or gaining proof of postage) when returning item/s as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
