Using
our eBay Shop
Thank you for visiting the Heritage Cameras Shop on eBay UK. On
this page we explain how to use the features of our eBay Shop, and how
to contact us if you have any questions about our products or services.

You can search
for items within our Shop using the box at the top left of this
page.
Simply
type in the word (or words) you want to look for, and click "Search".
By default, the title and description of each item are searched,
but if you want to search for titles only, untick the "in titles
and descriptions" box. Once you've performed a search, the
list of matching items will be shown.
You
can return to the full list by clicking "Shop Home" at
any time.

| Categories |
We sell many
different types of products, including cameras, lenses, flash units
and accessories.
If
you're looking for a particular type of product, you can click on
the list of Shop Categories at the left of the page to narrow down
the number of items shown at any one time. Please note that if we
have a lot of one particular type of product, it may have its own
category, so we have "35mm SLR lenses" for most bayonet
fittings, and "M42 screw lenses" separately.
You
can return to the full list by clicking "Shop Home" at
any time.

| Buy
It Now |
The majority
of our listings here are "Buy It Now" sales, which are
available at a fixed price.
This
means that you know in advance exactly what a product will cost
you, and don't need to bid against other eBay users to get the item
you want! Also, you don't have to wait for an auction to end, which
can be up to 10 days after it's listed. Some
auctions (see below) also have a "Buy It Now" option,
where you can end the auction early at a fixed price, but don't
delay too long... the BIN price can disappear once a bid has been
placed, or the reserve price has been met.
From
the Shop home page, click "Buy It Now only" at the top
right to see only fixed price items.

| Auctions |
Some of our
listings on eBay are Online Auctions.
This
means that you may bid against other eBay users for the period of
the auction (usually 10 days), and the highest bidder at the end
wins the item. Some auctions have a reserve price, which is the
minimum we'll accept for the item (the auction page will indicate
whether this has been met), while others have no reserve (NR).
If
you're outbid by another eBay user, you can bid again as many times
as you like, but don't leave it too late - auctions can get many
bids in the last few minutes...

You can contact
us to ask questions about a particular product by visiting the item
page, and clicking "Ask seller a question".
We
do include very comprehensive descriptions, but if you're unsure
about anything - especially compatibility with your own equipment
- please contact us. Please don't wait until five minutes before
the end of an auction! We try to respond quickly during office hours,
but there is likely to be a delay in the evenings, at weekends or
public holidays.
