| Delivery Information
We strive to get all orders dispatched within 48 hours. If, for any
reason, we are unable to dispatch your order within 48 hours, we will
contact you with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of
canceling the order.
Courier Information
We use Royal Mail, DHL and DPD shipping Couriers. Standard Service used is Royal Mail, and at Checkout you will have the option for Express Shipping Provided By DHL or DPD - dependant on size and weight of item(s) purchased to insure it gets to you safely.
If your order is dispatched via DHL or DPD, a tracking number will be provided so you can keep track of your order every step of the way.
Returns
If for any reason you wish to return a product purchased from Howleys Toys, Please E-Mail us at Sales@Howleys.Co.Uk or alternatively Phone us on 01305 779255 and ask for the Internet Sales Department for a returns authorisation.
Faulty Items
If the item you wish to return is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to arrange for a replacement to be sent out with a pre-paid return postage label for the faulty item.
Unwanted Items
If you wish to return any other item(s) we ask that they are returned, in unopened and in resellable condition within 14 days of delivery
