1. What i need to do before bid on your items?
a. You have to register in eBay, i.e. ebay.com, ebay.co.uk ....
b. Please read the description of the auctions for the price and payment method.
c. Make sure you have the money to pay for the auctions , both bidded value fees and the shipping & handling fee.

2. I didn't receive any email from you?
In MOST conditions, we will reply questions through eBay's message system. So, please MAKE SURE your
mail server won't block out the email from eBay's message system. You may contact your Internet Service Provider
to sort out the problems.
We will send out email at following stage:
a. Answer questions
b. Winning auctions notice
c. Payment reminder
d. Shipment Notice

3. What can i do, if i place a bid in mistake?
Before the end of the auction, please search at sitemap in eBay, and then find 'Bid retraction' or 'retract'.
Enter your auction number and other information.

4. What is GBP?
GBP is British Pounds, it is the currency used in United Kingdom. For exchange rate, your can refer to
Exchange Rate.

1. How to ask a question?
Please make sure you include the auction ID and you ebay ID for reference.
a. Use ebay's Contact Us Form.
b. Click 'Ask Seller a Question' on the auction page.
c. Send email to ebay@jewel-day.com, include your eBay ID and Auction ID.

2. What is the size of the items?
Please refer to the description of the item in the item's auction, just in the left side of the first photo.
If the description is not enough to fulfill your need, please use 'Ask Seller a Question' to contact us.

3. Do you have more quantity of the item that i want?
Mostly, we will try to keep more quantity of the items in stock. So, please use 'Ask Seller a Question' to
let us know - the quantity that you want, buy it now or not, we will get back to you with 24 hours.
But sometimes, our stock may not enough to fulfill your request.

Payment Questions:

1. How much is the shipping fee of the items?
You can see the shipping fee in each item's description.
To exchange to your local currency , you can take following as reference:

2. I purchased 2 items, will I have combine shipment discount?
Yes, if both auctions ended within 7 day and other requirements. For more informations, please refer to Combine Shipment Discount.

3. How can I pay for all items at ONCE?
Go through eBay's checkout system if you purchased several items. You can pay all items
altogether and get the combined discounts in the ebay invoice.

4. Can I hold my payment until i finish all bidding of your items?
Yes, you can. And you have to hold your payment if you want to obtain combine shipment discounts.
Combine shipment is only available within 7 day.
Also, you have to pay within 7 day after the end of your last auction.

5. Why I receive Payment Reminder email everyday?
That 'Payment Reminder' email is AUTOMATIC sent by eBay.
If you already noticed us about combine shipment or late payment, and then please ignore those 'Payment reminder' emails.

Shipping Questions:

1. When can i expect the arrive of my items?
Generally, after the shipment, it will take 4 - 14 days to arrive your home.
Or you can refer to our Estimated Delivery Time.

2. What is the status of my items?
We will use email to notice you when we shipped your items.
If you added the Insurance service, we can provide the Tracking Number to you for checking the shipping status.


3. What can I do, if I still don't receive the item after 14 days from shipment?
Sometimes, delay is normal before or after Long Holiday, such as Easter, Christmas and New Year.
Also, in some countries, the Customs process may take longer time.
So please be patient if the item still don't appear after 14 days from shipment.
