We dispatch orders within 24 - 48 hours, Usually it takes about 2-4 working days to arrive in UK address, 10-15 working days to arrive in Europe, 20-30 working days to arrive in Worldwide address under normal condition and may delay in custom and a little later.
If you have not received your item lasts 15 working days (UK), 35 working days (Europe, Worldwide), pls feel free to check your local post office. We have such experience that buyers keep asking item from us while their local post keeps the item. If any trouble, Please do contact us. Postal Discount (Important Note about Combined Postage) :
eBay does not always automatically combine postage for multiple orders. It is very important that combined postage is dealt with BEFORE any payment is made. Simply “Commit to Buy”, everything that you wish to purchase but DO NOT “Pay Now”. After you have completed your order simply use, eBay Message or Email us and we can combine your order for you. (We combined postage around 1 to 24 hours)
Customer should know before pay, if who think the postage charge is incorrect, please DON’T PAY and send us email request update combined postage invoice, Combined postage can’t be use Iphone to pay, Iphone payment, paypal system will all separate again for each items invoice, If customer paid more than one transaction, we will post all same address order together in same parcel. If who don’t wait the update and correct postage invoice, please don’t send us email after receive goods and request refund, orders where the postage has not been combined will not receive any overpaid postage refunded.
