Do you combine postage if I buy more than one item?
Yes. Our UK postage and packaging costs are automatically adjusted for multiple purchases via Ebay checkout. This includes items that have free P&P. There is no additional charge to have items with free 2nd class P&P sent together with your 1st class items.
Overseas buyers will find some of our heavier items have no shipping costs. This is so we can weigh your items and ensure you are not charged any excess for multiple purchases.
If you are purchasing from more than one of our listings, please make a single payment to take advantage of our combined P&P discount.
What are your P&P charges?
Postage and packaging varies by item depending on weight and size. The UK 2nd class (economy) P&P cost for most buttons for example is £0.75p, and 5p per additional item purchased. This includes padded envelope, contents packaging (card, bag or tissue paper), printed label & invoice and actual postage costs - all our items are classed as Large Letters or packets by Royal Mail size guidelines and are priced as such.
There are 3 different charging levels for using Royal Mail: Letter, large letter and packet. The prices for these services are dependant upon weight and size. For example our wool flowers are very light but the size means a single pack must go at large letter rate - however 3 packs must go as a packet regardless of the weight.
Blank card packs are very heavy - most packs weigh over 800g when packaged. These items must go via Royal Mail packet. To help with P&P prices we always offer 2nd class for items such as these.
We do not send our International Mail items via Airmail letter rate as this is against their package content guidelines.
I am still browsing through your other items, is it ok to wait to pay?
Yes, of course. Please make use of our combined postage discounts and get all your items sent together in one package. We do ask that you inform us if your purchases will be spread across more than one day.
I am in a hurry for my items, can you post them today?
Our packages are collected every weekday at 2pm, from there is it in the hands of the Royal Mail - you can request Next Day Special Delivery if you like, but this is very costly and more often than not your parcel will arrive the next day anyway if you are in mainland UK.
This of course does change during Royal Mails busy periods and Bank Holidays when there may be a slight delay in your purchases reaching you.
We do not dispatch items on Saturdays and Sundays.
How can I pay for my items?
We now only accept Paypal for all eBay purchases. We request payment within 4 days of purchase. Should you require longer to pay for your items please contact us to advise. This will ensure a non payment dispute is not opened via the eBay resolution centre.
I only want one type of button or charm. Can you do this?
We no longer split our items as they are all pre-packaged by the manufacturer, and once split we cannot resell them.
This is entirely due to Ebay no longer allowing business sellers to sell items for less than 99p via the Buy it Now option.
