Delivery Problems

If you are not in when we our courier tries to deliver and cannot find a safe location to leave the package, usually a card will be left, where you will be able to collect your item at your local post office. Please follow the instructions on the card. If the item is not picked up within 21 days it will be returned to us. If you wish to have it redelivered, the customer will have to pay the delivery costs again, or accept a refund minus delivery charge.
