RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your product, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging for a refund (less original postage costs).

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size/model, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging. Please specify the item you would like in exchange as well as make a payment to cover our return postage costs.

ADDITIONAL

If you receive any item that is faulty or not as described, please return the item back to us through Royal Mail First class and we will replace/exchange the item and refund you the postage costs.
