Postage and payment
We are authorised to accept card payments over the phone we prefer if you would pay this way. We can take your calls on 0141 552 3113 between 10am - 5pm 7 days a week. Alternatively you can use Paypal, send us a cheque (5 working days clearance) or postal order. If you are paying by Cheque or postal order then please make sure you write your name,address and ebay user I.D. so we can easily despatch your goods fast and efficiently.

Q:What is your return policy?
A:Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

Q:What happens if I am not in when a delivery attempt is made?
A:If your order has been shipped via interlink UK, they should leave a calling card on their first delivery attempt. then reattempt delivery the following day. If no one is still available, will return your parcel to your local depot and await you arranging a convenient day for delivery (excluding weekends).they hold your parcel for a max of 5 days.
