| A:Most items are dispatched the same day (except on weekends). Delivery times vary and when the item is sent an estimate of delivery time is given. Orders sent outside of the UK do take sunstantially longer to arrive. Premium postal services do arrive more quickly than economy services. You can select the type of delivery option at the checkout. |

| A:We operate a 7 day return policy on all items. Items must be returned in the condition received and /or suitable for resale. Faulty items can be returned up to 28 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement. Thank you

| A:All items, with the exception of those listed as 'spares or repair or broken / damaged' are covered by our 28 day return to base warranty. Outside of the 28 day period, new items are covered by the manufacturers warranty (unless the manufacturer does not cover eBay sales). Refurbished / Used products are covered by our 28 day warranty only. |
