CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to magpiesminiatures@yahoo.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and we will not refund any shipping charges you may have incurred.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
in the event that the product has been used and or fitted
4.5 If your goods were ordered in error please contact us seeking agreement and to book in your return in advance.
All non faulty product returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, this covers administration time, credit card processing and refunding fees and is only applicable to the goods.
Delivery charges are not refundable. There are no exceptions to this charge.
The provisions of this clause 4.4 does not affect your statutory rights.
