In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or faulty, we will replace or fully refund you, however we MUST be notified within 7 days of receipt and the return must be within 14 days.
If you wish to return a faulty item after this time and we agree to the return YOU are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If you want to return an item for any other reason you are responsible for returning the item and will not receive a refund of the original postage cost.
Non faulty items that were originally dispatched with free postage and are returned to us will have a small amount taken off before the refund to cover our original postage costs.
Purchasing from us is an agreement to these terms and conditions.
