 | A: BUYERS MUST NOTIFY ME PRIOR TO RETURNING AN ITEM. Refunds will be given minus postage costs and the buyer will bear the cost of return postage.If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described then I will refund postage both ways.Items must be returned in the same condition that they were sent in, within 14 days of receipt. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Yes. P+P costs can usually be combined. Please wait for a combined invoice BEFORE making your payment. I usually manage to invoice within 24 hrs.
Exceptions to this include very large, bulky items which sometimes cannot be physically combined in one parcel. I am happy to answer questions prior to purchase. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: All items are sent by 1st class Royal Mail (usually recorded delivery), unless otherwise stated and can be expected to arrive 1-2 days after being dispatched. However the RM does sometimes take longer than this, this is beyond my control, but I will do my best to trace missing items. |
 | Q: What if my order does not arrive? |

 | A: Please notify if you order does not arrive within 5 working days. I ALWAYS retain a receipt and if an item is lost in the post- an occasional problem, a refund will be given once RM confirm that it is lost. NB This takes 15 working days and refunds will only be issued after this time. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Not as a rule, but I will consider it. Please contact me if you wish to purchase an item and are resident outside of the U.K. |
 | Q: Are you a registered business seller? |

 | A: Yes I am registered as a business seller with Ebay and also with the inland revenue. |
 | Q: Why do your postage costs exceed the price on the packet? |
 |
 | A: I try to be fair with my postage costs, but it is important to realise that the cost of the postage itself is not the only cost involved. Packaging materials such as bubble wrap and envelopes are not free! I also make a small charge for overheads such as transport, paper and printer cartridges for invoices. |
 | Q: Recorded Delivery items not collected and returned to sender. |

 | A: If your item is not collected and is returned to me I will let you know. You will be offered a refund minus postage or if you wish to pay for the item to be resent then this can be arranged. The key to avoiding this is good communication - please let me know if your item has not arrived within 5 days, so that I can check if it is sat in the P.O. |
