If you are purchasing more than one item please be aware that we do not combine on postage and packaging. The majority of postage is free, if it is not then it is not the cost of the actual postage, but just a contribution towards postage and packaging. This can include: postal bag/box, packaging, and tag protector for ty beanies. If you are not happy with the postage on an item then please may i suggest that you do not buy. Postage and Packaging

Postage and Packaging is always paid by the buyer. We do not offer combined shipping, all our posting costs are not the actual shipping cost, but just a contribution towards the postal cost. This includes the packaging materials, box, envelope and tag protector for ty beanies purchased.

Ship to

We will ship anywhere in the UK and Europe. We regret the fact that we do not post worldwide on all items. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed after 3pm, on a weekend and a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

How it is sent?

All our items are posted 2nd class or standard parcel, we will always retain proof of postage unless stated otherwise.
