No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and miamara collectables unless an email is sent to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been sucessfully made. This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance of your offer to buy goods from miamara collectables and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the email. We are free to withdraw from this contract at any time. This also applies in regards to accuracy, description and availability of goods.

We reserve the rights to cancel or amend our terms, prices, delivery costs and products withour prior notice. Our terms comply with UK law and trading standards and therefore any disputes will be dealt with according to the courts of England and Wales only. If any of these terms are unforceable this does not effect the other terms and conditions. This does not effect your statutory or consumer rights. All purchases must comply to ebay regulations.

Returns Policy

You have the right to return unwanted items to us within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original packaging, unopened and you must take reasonable care of the item. You MUST retain proof of postage for any returned items. Once the item has been received you will be sent a refund via the same method in which you paid. You will not be refunded for any delivery costs either to yourself or for the return postage.

Damaged Items Policy

If an item is received damaged you must return the item to us, please keep a receipt of proof of postage. Once the item has been sucessfully returned we will provide a full refund via the method in which you paid, this will include any delivery costs and any costs incurred while returning the item.
