Multiple purchases:
I will charge you the highest postage cost for the first item and £1 extra for EVERY subsequent item. (International orders are excluded from the £1 extra per additional item offer) Providing all items are paid for and dispatched at the same time to the same address.
E-bay will work out the total for you, as long as you pay for all items at the same time. i.e. purchase all the items you require on eBay, then ask me for a total invoice BEFORE you continue to Pay in PayPal.
Delivery times
Most items are dispatched the next working day.
Standard delivery takes approx 1 - 3 working days to arrive in UK.
Express/Courier is next working day if ordered by 3pm. Its important that you let us have your telephone number for the courier, in case they cannot find you. Tracking information will be sent to your email address and not to ebay messages (The one registered with eBay)
Express delivery to the following post codes may use a different service. This will mean delays to the normal delivery times due to the distance and location. However, we always try to use the fastest and most economical service available in these circumstances

If your in a rush contact me before ordering and I can tell you stright away when it will be with you.
If any order is not delivered after 15 working days, please let us know. Packages can sometimes get delayed. Whilst we endeavour to stop this from happening, there are sometimes delays beyond our control. We are unable to declare a package lost until 15 working days have expired (20 days for international).
International deliveries will use Royal Mail International Post or an International courier service, subject to weight
We recycle as much packaging as we can, so you may find your package has additional cardboard etc, used as padding.
Payment
Credit / debit card, Paypal or Nochex is by far our preferred payment method. If you have problems use NOCHEX its very easy and quick, just Click here.
Please allow 10 working days for cheque clearance, goods will then be dispatched. It is quicker to send postal orders.
Please include item description and address with any payments sent in the post.
All international orders must be paid by Paypal or Credit Card on line only. Payment must be from a registered and verified credit card address, we will only deliver to this address.
Return/Exchange of goods
Please ensure you test all items prior to use, holiday etc.
Return/exchange is no problem within 14 days of despatch assuming they are in NEW condition, in original packaging and unmarked and not used in water.
We understand you need to try things on, to ensure a good fit. As long as the item is unmarked exchange is no problem.
Items returned for refund after 14 days are by agreement only and be as new condition, not used in water.
Buyer will be responsible for post and packing in both directions.
Items sent out on our free delivery scheme, may incur a restocking fee if returned, to cover initial shipping costs (Returns only. This does not apply to exchanges).
All goods carry a faulty workmanship warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase. Faulty goods returned within 14 days of receipt will be entitled to a refund or replacement. Faulty goods returned between 14 and 90 days will be replaced under our warranty.

Postage and Packaging
I keep proof of postage on all items sent. In the unlikely event of a problem with delivery, I will provide you with proof of postage. This covers you for the loss, if there is no evidence of a signature upon delivery.

Our main web site free delivery package for uk orders over £50, is not available through our ebay shop.
VAT
All our pricing includes vat at the current rate. UK Vat registration number: 862 4553 15 - (We do not deduct VAT at source for customers in the Channel Islands etc)

If you are not completely content with what you receive, tell us about it straight away, return it within 14 days in good order in its packaging undamaged and not used or immersed in water.
