following terms and conditions.
If you fit ANY of the
following criteria in any way - please DO NOT use our listings - thanks :-)
We do not accept users
who....
1) have received positive
feedback from less than 10 different users
2) have left positive feedback for
less than 10 different users
3) have received negative feedback
4) have
previously had a feedback comment removed by eBay
5) have never left any
feedback
6) have "(private)" feedback
7) do not leave feedback for at
least 90% of transactions (eg received 30 feedback but left 2)
8) have
previously claimed non-delivery of any item
9) have ever left feedback that
references an unrelated issue
10) leave more than 0.1% negative/neutral
comments for other users
11) have previously been blocked using any ID
12)
do not follow these terms and conditions
13) do not understand that dispatch
time and delivery time are not the same thing
14) have a registered or
delivery address postcode starting with MK, SW or BD
15) are using someone
else's eBay account (eg bf/gf, employer, under 18s etc)
16) are using someone
else's Paypal account (eg bf/gf, employer, under 18s etc)
17) are using a
Paypal account that is in a different name from their eBay account
18) who
have eBay or Paypal buyer/shipping details that do not include both first and
last names
19) have a delivery address in a country different from their
registered address
20) have a delivery address that does not include a full
contact name
21) use foul, offensive or explicit language, or who make
threats
22) maintain multiple eBay or Paypal accounts
23) have previously
violated, or are currently violating any eBay or Paypal policy
24) are
competitors - or sell any items of a loosely similar nature
25) use the
following ISPs/companies for their Paypal or eBay registered email address:
mypostoffice, AOL, yahoo, hotmail, gmx, bellsouth
26) do not know their own
address - or are unable to write it correctly
27) make a bucket with a hole
look useful
28) have bought an item from us previously but not left feedback
for it before purchasing another item
29) have fake/incomplete registration
details for last name - eg first name registered as an initial or "Mr", "Mrs",
"Buyer", "Contact" etc
30) have fake/incomplete registration details for last
name - eg last name registered as house/company name, "Buyer", "Shop", "Cool"
etc
31) have not read the full description including all terms and
conditions

If you have a problem of
any kind - you must make contact VIA EBAY and allow 72 hours for a reply...
BEFORE leaving feedback or filing a dispute/claim/complaint
If you are a buyer
from Italy, Latvia or Russia, you agree to allow up to 45 days for delivery and
a minimum of 30 days before filing any kind of eBay or Paypal dispute.
The
mail and/or customs service in your country is slow. We have no control over the
post in your country. If this is not acceptable to you - SIMPLY DO NOT
BUY/BID!
