Postage Information
Postage price is for mainland UK excluding area's north of Aberdeen. Highlands, Isles and Northern Ireland are subject to extra postage. Quotations for international postage can we requested by email. CONTACT NUMBER MUST BE PROVIDED FOR THE COURIER OTHERWISE ORDER WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED. Postage prices are for quantities of one and postage discount depends on the items and postage area.
Terms and Conditions

Customers must check that the goods are not damaged before signing for the goods. Any deliverys signed "unchecked" means that the goods have been received in good condition, and the customer is responsible for any damage thereafter. It is assumed that the goods are ok, if the customer signs for the delivery. NOTE - If your item is received damaged or the packaging ripped; please sign for it as DAMAGED. If possible, please take photos of any damage as this will help us improve the courier service to you in future.

RETURNS POLICY We can only accept refunds if the purchase is returned at the buyers cost, in its original packaging and condition for resale. We have a 20% restocking policy and refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the item less original P&P. It is the customers responsibility that the goods are returned undamaged. Please Note: it is the customers reponsiblility to ensure that the contact details provided are correct and someone is at the premises to take the delivery. If the customer can not be contacted to arrange delivery once the goods have been despatched, the customer is liable to cover the cost of the delivery out and back from the delivery address, which could be in the region of £80 to £120
  

Payments

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card via PAYPAL ONLY, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer and Cheques. Once an auction finishes our system will send an Invoice with detailed payment information to your REGISTERED E-BAY E-MAIL ADDRESS.

Please make sure the e-mail address you have registered is correct. Cheques take 5 working days to clear, this means that if a cheque is banked on a Monday, it will clear at Midnight on following Monday. Weekends & Bank Holidays are not classed as Working Days.
