The item will be sent as soon as CLEARED payment is received, this is usually within 24hours of payment been received. If payment is pending through paypal for any reason the item will not be sent till this has cleared. Cheques will also need to have cleared before any item will be sent. The item will need to be paid for within 7 days.If however I do not hear from you or receive payment within a week this will be reported to ebay and unpaid item strikes will reluctantly be given by ebay.

COMMUNICATION ~ Please remember when leaving feedback and filling the  's in most of the messages you receive from me are sent direct to your email address rather than through ebay I send messages requesting sizes, colours, and also let you know when your item has been dispatched ~ other messages are also sent regarding comments and pictures page and adding comments to my guest book.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING CHARGES ~ These are made up of the cost of the postage stamp price and the packaging, including Bags, Tissue, Address and return address stickers as well as travel to the post office ~ THE POSTAGE & PACKAGING SECTION in the stars should not just be based on the stamp alone ~ My postage is therefore VERY reasonable when these things are taken into account and could in no way be lower in order for me to cover my costs!

DISPATCH TIMES ~ All of my items are sent as soon as I have size details or any relevant information I may need ~ usually within 24 hours ~ If for any reason items are not posted I always send messages to let people know ~ My deliver times can't usually be beaten by anyone as I work extremely hard to get orders made and posted on a daily basis.

ITEM AS DESCRIBED ~ I try to put as much information into all item descriptions so they are as accurate as possible, If you need any more information with regard to sizes etc I am more than happy to provide this information and try to respond to all enquires within 12 hours.
