Shipping and Payment Information (English)

Shipping Information:

• We are obliged to provide proof of shipping for all item purchases made by "Paypal" over € 25.00.
• All items that have an end cost (including postage) of € 25.00 will be sent as an "Insurred Package" or "Signed for Letter"
• Small and low cost items are generally sent by regular "Letter Mail" without insurance. If you require insurance or a "signed for" service, please contact us before checkout. (Extra costs may be applicable)
• We use the German Postal Service (Deutsche Post AG / DHL) to ship our goods.
• We calculate the cheapest postage cost for your items, there are no surcharges for shipping and packaging and we only charge you the actual cost that we have to pay to the shipping company. We are aware that shipping costs are sometimes very expensive, this however does not lie within our control. We keep packaging costs at a minimum.
• If you pay by Paypal, we will update the tracking number (if applicable) within the Paypal system when we ship your order. Paying by Paypal gives you the advantage of "Buyer Protection" on your items (please see the Paypal terms and conditions as applicable for your country)
• Items under 2KG are generally sent as a "Large Registered Letter" with "signed for" service
• Items over 2KG are sent as a DHL or if possible split into 2 smaller packages to save you cost.

Methods of Payment:

• We accept payments for your items automatically via Paypal (your currency will be automatically converted into EURO)
• Furthermore we can accept the following payment options:
  • Bank Transfer to a UK Bank Account in GBP (currency conversion rates apply)
  • Bank Transfer in EURO to a German Bank Account for German Domestic Customers (Überweisung)
  • Bank Transfer in EURO to a German Bank Account (IBAN / BIC)
  • In certain circumstances we can also accept US$ and GBP payments by Check but NOT Money order (please note that funds must clear before the items are dispatched)

   

   

Porto und Versand Informationen: (German / Deutsch)

Versand:

• Wenn Sie mit Paypal zahlen, sind wir verpflichtet alle Waren mit Endsumme über €25,00 (inkl. Porto) mit Versandnachweis zu verschicken.
• Kleine Artikel (CD, T-Shirts) werden normalerweise als Brief (ohne Einschreiben verschickt). Falls Sie hierfür extra Leistungen, z.B. Einschreiben benötigen, bitten wir um Kontaktaufnahme, bevor Sie den Artikel bezahlen. (Hierfür fallen ggf. zusätzliche Kosten an).
• Wir versenden mit Deutsche Post AG und DHL.
• Für unsere Kunden berechnen wir immer die günstigste Versandart. Es gibt keine versteckte-, oder extra Kosten. Für Sie entstehen dabei nur die tatsächlichen Portokosten ggf mit MwSt. Die Verpackungskosten halten wir minimal, jedoch kosten Kartons, Packband usw auch einiges.
• Falls Sie mit Paypal zahlen, werden wir die "Verfolgungsnummer" nach dem Versand im Paypal System eintragen. Paypal bietet Käufer eine Versicherung an, um Ihre Einkäufe zu versichern. Mehr Informationen können auf der Paypal Webseite eingesehen werden.
• Artikel unter 2kg werden allgemein als "Päckchen mit Nachweis", "Einschreibe-Brief" oder als Brief verschickt.
• Artikel über 2kg werden mit DHL verschickt.
• Für Versand Innerhalb Deutschlands zahlen Sie NIE mehr als €6.00 mit DHL.
• Wichtiger Hinweis: Ebay rechnet sehr oft die Versandkosten für Versand nach Deutschand falsch. Daher bitte nicht erschrecken, ich werde die tätsächliche Versandkosten berichtigen und falls Sie bereits bezahlt haben, dann wird zu viel bezahltes Porto immer zurückerstattet.
