Peanut's Watches Terms & Conditions Peanut's Watches Returns Policy - Here at Peanut's Watches we have a simple no quibbles return policy with just a few simple rules
- If for any reason you do not like the watch or other item then please let us know within 7 days of buying it
- Once you return the item to us we will refund you ~ we will refund the full amount paid but not the return postage.
- If for any reason the watch or item is faulty then please let us know within 7 days and we will issue a full refund, including return postage once the item has been returned to us.
The Distance Selling Regulations (The legal stuff) - You can return any product purchased from us invoking your rights contained in the Distance Selling Regulations
- You should notify us in writing that you wish to do so using our contact us button
- You should make it clear on the above communication that your return is through your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations
- This written notice should be received by us within 8 calendar days of receipt of your purchase
- The item should be returned to us in an unused condition with all its original packaging
- You will be responsible for all return postage costs and should adequately insure the item accordingly
- Peanut’s Watches will issue a refund in a period not to exceed 28 calendar days from receipt of your notification that you wish to invoke your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations
