 | A: We always try and discount postage wherever we can. ROYAL MAIL charge by weight rather than per parcel so it costs more to send two items than one but we will try and add a discount. Please request a combined invoice from us before making payment. |
 | Q: How long does it take for Perfect Dayze to despatch my purchase? |

 | A: We aim to despatch all items within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. We use ROYAL MAIL second class post unless there are any special requests - please e mail should you require a quote for Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery etc. |

 | A: We can guarantee that all our items are 100% genuine! They are often purchased directly from the company, thus saving you the huge mark up fee charged by the high street. Unfortunately there are LOTS of fakes on Ebay so we would suggest you always take a look at the seller's feedback and 'wording'. Perfect Dayze is 100% genuine - be reassured! |
 | Q: What happens if my purchase does not fit? |

 | A: As brands are notorious for inconsistent sizing and there is no 'on-line' changing room, it is impossible to know for sure that your item is going to fit. For this reason, we are happy to accept clothing returns within 7 days of purchase, unworn & with all tags attached. Postage costs are obviously non refundable. (Brand New clothing only.) |

 | A: Of course - you can contact us anytime through 'ask seller a question' on the EBAY site. We try to access our e mails at least twice a day except on some weekends and holidays. If you don't receive a response straight away, we will get back to you as soon as we can. |

 | A: Yes, we always try to apply a discount to the postage /packing when more than one item is purchased. However, we need time to amend the invoice before you pay as once payment is made, we are unable to apply a discount. The amount of discount varies. |
